Snow rolls
Okay folks, it's quiz time. Here's a few pictures I took at the weekend of some "snow rolls". What I want to know is how do they form?
Snow rolls - but where did they come from?
To give you an idea of the scale they are about 6-8 foot long (180-250cm) with a diameter of around 3 foot (90cm).
I'll post the answer in a couple of days. No answering if you've been down here before - that's cheating!
