Tragedy
Kirsty Brown, a marine biologist at the Rothera Research Station, was killed yesterday by a leopard seal while snorkling in the bay near the station.
My deepest sympathy goes out to her family and friends, as well as all the wintering staff at Rothera, who will no doubt feel her loss deeply.
